-Customers may sell or gift finished embroidery pieces made using our patterns but cannot resell or share the patterns themselves.

-Your payment information is processed securely through PayPal, and we do not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Digital Product Delivery
-Once payment is confirmed, all purchased PDF files will be made available for download.
-Downloadable links will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout (please check your Inbox or Spam/Junk folder).
-If the email is found in your Spam or Junk folder, please move it to your Inbox to ensure you receive future emails.
-Additionally, all purchased files will be displayed on the website immediately after payment, allowing you to download them directly.
5. Digital Product Usage
-Purchased PDF files are designed to be user-friendly and can be printed at home or at a print shop.
-Patterns included in the PDFs can be resized to suit your project needs, using tools like Adobe Reader.
-The provided color chart is customizable, allowing you to adjust thread colors based on your personal preferences or available materials.
6. Shipping Policy
-Currently, we offer shipping to most countries worldwide. If you encounter any issues with your shipping address or region, please contact us via email for more assistance.
–Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically, deliveries take less than a week. Orders are dispatched within a maximum 5 business days.
–Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly through the courier’s website.
-It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is correct. If there is any error in the provided address, please contact us immediately to avoid delays. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.
-We offer a fixed shipping rate for all countries. The shipping cost is the same regardless of your location and will be calculated at checkout.
